    - August 26-27: Colonies Zone LCM Championships @ GMU in Fairfax, VA
 - ? September 9: VMST 8th Annual 1 & 2 Mile Lake Swims @ Lake Montclair in Dumfries, VA
 - A 5K Run TBD
 - October 7th, Osprey Sprint Triathlon @ Public Landing, Md.
 - October 29: GMUP Sprint Classic @ GMU in Fairfax, VA
 
- Primary Focus on Breaststroke
 - Lifting Maintenance until Sept
 - Core Strength Improvement (Esp. planking, medicine balls, twist machine, dead lift practice)
 - 2.4 mile swim once per week (Bay Swim Training)
 - 5K run once per week
 - Hill run training once per week
 - Open water swim occasionally
 - Bike outdoors occasionally
 - Purchase Polar HR Monitor
 - 4 x swim/week in August
 - 3 x gym/week in August
