Training Plan

Events to Prepare For:
Plan:
  • Primary Focus on Breaststroke
  • Lifting Maintenance until Sept
  • Core Strength Improvement (Esp. planking, medicine balls, twist machine, dead lift practice)
  • 2.4 mile swim once per week (Bay Swim Training)
  • 5K run once per week
  • Hill run training once per week
  • Open water swim occasionally
  • Bike outdoors occasionally
  • Purchase Polar HR Monitor
  • 4 x swim/week in August
  • 3 x gym/week in August
