I need below 35.49"(50 br.) off the blocks for a best time. I am still a few seconds off
I need to keep a 44" pace in the 200 br. to get a best time. EN1 I was at 56". My drop off is still too sharp. 44" is too close to sprinting. I need my sprints and EN1 to be faster. Next practice: distance free: 2.4 miles. After that: EN2 and EN3 br.
