Workouts

Morning Swim:
WU
Kick
4x200 EN2 Br. @ 4:30 (achieved 3:30, 165 bpm)
EZ
5x{50 sprint Br., 50 EZ}, rest until heart rate recovered. (achieved 39")

I am feeling a bit more comfortable increasing my pace for longer distances. Next Br. workout: 3 x {4x100 descend}, SP3 starts, turns, and finishes. This will give me a chance to find a suitable EN3 pace and try a few longer sprints.

Lunch Tri:
20' St. Bike, level 9 (150 bpm)
1 mi. Run, 7mph (175 bpm)

T2 is tough, so I'm going to do this type of workout over and over. I might also transition 2 or 4 times in an hour.
